Lumen Christi has moved to a new parish database called Realm, which primarily serves the administrative needs of our staff, but also offers new opportunities to support the way you are involved in the parish. We are excited to announce that we have rolled out one of these ways - OUR NEW ONLINE PARISH DIRECTORY, REALM CONNECT!

Timeline of Rollout
Week of January 1
Lumen Christi had to make some internal changes to our parish database, REALM. This is in preparation of rolling out an online parish directory in lieu of a paper directory. You received an email that is alerting you to a privacy setting change. PLEASE DISREGARD THIS EMAIL because this is a necessary step toward implementing our online parish directory. The Mike Spitz mentioned is our IT manager who made this administrative change. At this time, nobody has access to this system except staff. Once the system is rolled out to the parish, you will be able to manage your own settings. Thank you for your patience and understanding!Week of January 8
You would have received on January 8 an email inviting you to create a login to access the directory and download you tax giving statement. Please accept this email and create your login!
All parishioners for whom we have emails on file would have received an email from Realm on January 12 with their giving tax statement for 2023. All primary emails on file for a household will receive the email. Click the link in the email to access your giving statement, then save and print for your tax records.
Week of January 21
Realm Connect can also be accessed by a mobile app on your cell phone! Download the Realm Connect app from the iTunes app store or on Google Play by searching for Realm Connect - For Our Church.

How to setup your login

Email Invite
The week of January 8 you should have received an email inviting you to create your Realm Connect log in. In the subject line it would have said that Lumen Christi is asking you to join our online community. This link is unique to your specific indivdiual account. Each adult in a household will receive their own link to the primary email we have on file. See the sample email below as to what this would have looked like.
Instructions:- Click on the link in the email
- Create your password
- Now you're done and have access! You also have ability to set your own privacy (manage what parishioners see about you).

What if I didn't get a link in my email inbox?
If you did not receive an email invite in your inbox:
- Check your spam folder. The email will have "[email protected]" as the sender.
- Check the inboxes of all your emails that you use - both personal and work. It's possible it went to another email that you use.
- Check with the parish office (262) 242-7967 if we have the correct email on file. It's possible we have an outdated email or no email on file.

Privacy
We understand that your online privacy is important to you. Realm keeps your data safe and gives you control over what information you share and who can see it. The default privacy setting will be the same contact information as what has been shared in our past printed directories - address, primary emails, & phone numbers - with the addition of all family members' names under the age of 26 listed. All other personal information will be kept private.
While we want to encourage community, we recognize that not everyone is comfortable sharing personal information church-wide. When you set up your account, please take a few minutes to update your privacy settings. To review your privacy settings, go to the upper-right corner after you log in, click on your name, then click on "privacy" under Account Settings.

Children 26 years or older
- All children included in your household that are 26 years old or older (as of 1/1/24) have been changed to an inactive status. You will notice this when viewing your profile.
- They can easily be reactivated and/or changes made. Please call the parish office if you need to reactivate a child.
- We do encourage any adult children in your household or who live locally to register as a new household instead.

Tax Statements
New this year! Those parishioners whom we have emails on file for will download their tax statement for 2023 via Realm Connect. More information to come!
