Child Ministry

In addition to formation classes, child ministry has additional optional opportunities for families to come in community and faith together through:

• Dinner and movie nights
• Special sessions on feast days and holidays
• Popsicles on the Playground
• Vacation Bible School
• Pray and Play Room
• Busy Bags for use during Mass
• Busy Books for use during Mass

Let the Children Come To Me
Family Holy Half Hour New this year is a half hour adoration for families on the second Saturday of the month from 9:00-9:30am in the church. This short adoration is specifically designed for young families to pray together and have special time with the Lord.

Children’s Liturgy of the Word (CLOW)
CLOW is the first and third Sunday of each month at the 9:00am Mass and serves children ages 3K up to those who have made their First Eucharist. Smaller children are invited with an accompanying parent.

St. Teresa of Calcutta Pray and Play Room
The Pray and Play room is located just west of the elevator in the parish building. It is open 7 days a week and open to families with small children. There is a child sized bathroom, Catholic based toys and activities based on the current Gospel. There are faith based CD's that can be played on the television in the room. All are welcome! We ask that you leave the room tidy and ready for the next family before you leave.
