Parish Commissions
Prayer & Worship |
|
The Prayer & Worship Commission develops, oversees, and evaluates
all parish ministries that provide for and support the liturgical and
prayer life of the parish. Please contact Peggy Hughes, Director of Music
& Liturgy at Lumen Christi Mequon, at 262-242-7968, or Margaret Caldwell, Director of Music and Liturgy at Lumen Christi Thiensville at 262-512-8982.
Pre-Planning a Funeral Liturgy
Occasionnally we receive a request to help a parishioner in pre-planning their own or a family member's funeral liturgy (mass or service). Below is a link to a PDF file that you can print out and use, listing suggested readings and music for a Mass of Christian Burial.
It is important to note that these steps and forms do not take the place of securing the services of a funeral director or funeral home. It also does not eliminate the need to contact our pastoral staff who works with the family of someone who has died.
