Buses will depart promptly from Lumen Christi Mequon parking lot at 6:15 pm. PLEASE EAT FIRST!!
The retreat will conclude with the 11:15 am Mass at Lumen Christi in Mequon. Parents, please attend the Mass and take your teen home afterward. Retreatants will sit together at Mass! |
| WHY? |
The retreat weekend provided by the home parish is viewed as an essential part of the confirmation preparation process. Students will have time for reflection, prayer, discussion, games, structured activities, mass, and confession. It is hoped that each student will grow through this experience in both their intellectual and spiritual understanding of God. |
| HOW? |
All students will travel by way of a yellow school
bus. |
| ETC? |
Every teen is required to attend the retreat in its entirety.
NO EXCEPTIONS! Make up retreats must be scheduled with another Catholic parish. Students & adults are expected to read and follow the Christian Formation Retreat Rules and Regulations. In the event of inappropriate behavior, parents will asked to pick up their teen immediately. *An overview of the retreat schedule is available upon request! |
| WHAT TO BRING: |
- sleeping bag or bedding (bed & pillow provided)
- toiletries, towel, shower sandals, gym shoes
- appropriate clothing for both indoors and outdoors*
*No Alcohol ads, bare midriffs or spaghetti straps
- OPTIONAL: guitar, musical instrument, camera
- snacks to share
- thermos/mug for hot cocoa/coffee
- journal/Bible
- an open mind!

- video games, radios, headphones/earbuds
- alcohol/drugs
- tobacco products
- homework
- anything that would drive a retreat leader crazy!
